My Story
I graduated with a business degree in 2017, thinking my type-c personality could fit into the corporate lifestyle. There was an expectation for me to get a reliable "9-5" with RRSP matching and benefits. The version of success that was supposed to follow was climbing the corporate ladder and having a husband, a white picket fence and 2.5 kids.
I was in high school when Instagram launched and early on, I had a love for social media. As a millenial, it was probably an unhealthy obsession, but I loved learning the strategy behind social media and later on, the psychology. While I held corporate jobs, there were always marketing sidequests. Those sidequests allowed me to get training in marketing beyond my university degree and also work with faith-based non-profit organizations.
The number one thing that never ceased to amaze me was that when I shared my story online, more often than not, people resonated. I would receive a message saying, "same" or "I thought I was the only one".
Somewhere along the way, I realized that there are many folks who have a remarkable story to share, but have been told to keep it small. In October I left my 9-5 to pursue social media management full time and fell in love with helping solopreneurs and organizations achieve the content and story-telling they've been craving to share.
I've learned that I'm not the right fit for everyone, and I'm truly okay with that. However, I know that I am extremely passionate about working with type-c female solopreneurs and faith-based non-profit organizations.
I speak your language, I know your struggles and I'm ready to be your biggest cheerleader.
What I Actually Do
I provide done-with-you social media that starts with whatever you already have — the voice notes, the photos, the half-formed ideas — and turns it into content you'll actually post. These packages are best suited for non-profit organizations, solopreneurs, and neurodivergent folks.
I understand the specific cognitive and emotional cost of showing up online because I also live it daily.
This isn't content strategy for people who need more tactics. It's content partnership for people who need someone who actually gets it.
